the room was very spacious and clean. i found plenty of space to relax. the location was also perfect, providing great access to everything..
the breakfast was honestly quite poor. i found the check-in process slow, even arriving well after the stated check-in time. parking felt a bit expensive, even with the hotel validation.

fantastic stay!
helpful staff spacious room new facilities
The room was spacious (i stayed in the queen studio sofa bed). it had excellent facilities. the staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted immediately when i needed help with a plug. everything felt brand new, probably because the hotel had only been open for a month.
the hotel parking fee was a bit expensive, even with validation.

The location provides convenient access to almost everywhere in the city. it's a very quiet spot. I didn't have any issues with street noise at night. i appreciated its central position.

my room featured chromecast for the television, a practical addition. it was very super clean and cozy. the hotel thought of everything (even small details!) when designing the room facilities.

Really good Stay, A True Gem!
spacious room convenient chromecast hassle-free parking
The room was REALLY spacious, a benefit for a longer stay. The Chromecast on the TV allowed streaming from my phone. This was convenient. The validated parking system saved hassle upon arrival, unlike other hotels, and it was great.
Street noise was noticeable at night, and it impacted sleep quality. Earplugs might be a useful addition for light sleepers. Otherwise everything was just perfect.

Breakfast offered a decent continental selection. The kitchen included washing liquid, a sponge, and dishwasher tablets. It was really useful to have all the essentials.

The front house staff displayed cute behavior and consistent consideration. Giselle and the team ensured guest comfort. They always asked if we needed anything and if we are comfortable.
Facilities

The hotel offered a validated parking system at Q Park Carrolls Quay. The location is central. It made exploring the city easy, and it was quite romantic!!

I stayed in an accessible room. Air conditioning worked good and the bed was comfy. The staff was friendly, particularly Svenia.
The car park cost was high, even after the discount.
